From paxil to Prozac
How do I switch from paxil to Prozac?
Very slowly! Taper off the Paxil very slowly, as slowly as you need to, before switching.
You probably have some reasons why you want to switch right? I'd talk to your doctor about those reasons. The paxil isn't working for you for whatever reason, sometimes antidepressants stop working for you and you have to switch, it's pretty normal. In my experience, being on prozac is much better than paxil.
