If you think of it, you are blowing it out of proportion in a way. Anxiety makes everything seem overwhelming. What is a hugh problem today may be nothing a month from now.
Hang in there and work at it. You really have to go with these feelings. Cry if you feel like crying. Get it all out of you. Remember, it really can't hurt you and your thoughts are just that, thoughts.

Thank you so much for your insight....it feels very nice to have someone speak to me who understands exactly what i am going through. It is a relief to know I am not blowing my situation out of proportion.
I agree with what the above poster told you. Think about a dose increase. Maybe going up to 30 mgs.If that does'nt help then you can always try another med.
I have been on paxil for about 16 years at a low dose (10 mg) but i ahve been as high as 40 mg. It worked very well for years so I began to drop back on the dosage.
Occassionally, during stressfull periods, I get anxiety real bad. When that happens, I increase my dosage. Like you, I worry about everything imaginable. I have even worried about my wife like you do your boyfriend. That too is rediculous. However, anxiety is a very tricky customer. You actually believe what you think.
During anxious periods, you really have to keep a cool head about you. Keep telling yourself it is anxiety playing tricks on you. I know it is hard but you have go with it. Fighting the thoughts and anxiety only fuels the monster.
