I will call a pharmacy and ask them. chances are they will tell me to go to my gp which I don't have. the er dr prescribed me the dose.
I noticed when i didn't take my med I would get very bad panic attacks and insomnia.
i have had it before the meds though so i am unsure of if it is actually withdrawl or just NORMAL panic attacks. I know Lorazepam has a half life or I think18 to 20 hours? that's for 1mg dose, now split that whole to a half and that half to a quarter and how many hours would that be? I doubt it would be enough to cause actual withdrawls and at that major ones that I am worried about. idk, I will call later and post what they say later
I would have to agree with MrGreen here. Why not call your pharmacist and ask? You were on a very low dose and not on it that long in my opinion, however, benzos can have withdrawal effects. Also, as MrGreen stated, you are already worried about the symptoms and in my experience with this, if we are particularly worried about somethng chances are it will be magnified because we are already preparing for it....keep us posted!
I think your mind is playing tricks on you. You already had this addiction thought in your head. So like any other anxiety symptom you are blown it up into something much bigger. The more you worry about it the worse it will get. As I am sure you know by now. If in doubt check with your local chemist. Tell them how you took your took your medication. It doesn't seem like a long time. A month. But play it safe and make your mind feel at ease. Ring your chemist and ask them. They will tell you what you should do.
