See...I have grinded my teeth for years now. I have only been dealing with anxiety for about 9 months though. I asked my doctor about the teeth grindind because I had heard that it was due to stress. He told me that grinding your teeth had nothing to do with stress. The more I read on here the more I realize alot of my anxiety is due to stress. I just dont know how to fix it.

Not as a result of meds, just out of stress. My dentist made me a VERY expensive nightguard that I don't use, because it dries my mouth out - I'm a mouth breather due to allergies. My advice is to get a $20 OTC nightguard from the pharmacy first in case this is only a temporary symptom.
