Symptoms of GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)
1) Daily anxiety and worry about common activities or events for longer than 6 months.
2) Restlessness
3) Fatigue
4) Difficulty concentrating
5) irritability
6) muscle tension
7) Difficulty sleeping
Generally you need to have at least 3 or more of the above symptoms to be diagnosed with GAD.
