Has anyone tried to modify their diet?

I find if I eat certain foods that my anxiety goes through the roof.  ANything containing gluten and dairy will cause my heart to race and my face gets really red.  I also notice stomach upset along with extreme irritability.  While I actually think I'm lactose intollerant as well as gluten intollerant I try to stay as far away as I can from these foods.

THink about how our food supply has been genetically modified like wheat and produce.  Wheat farmers now get 3 acres of yield from 1 acre of land.  Dairy cows now give 3 years worth of milk in just one year and we wonder why America is sick from problems such as anxiety, ADD, ADHD, and all kinds of intestinal problems like I have.  Stress does not help either.

Anyway....I would be interested in knowing if any of you have changed your diet alone and noticed improvement.  Also..what kinds of foods did you eat?

Peace out.

i agree with you. most of us with anxiety know to stay away from caffeine and foods that contain suger. i try to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. i don't eat meat or drink milk, i drink soy milk. and i try to buy organic when i can. i think alot of people are becoming more aware of what's going on with our food supply. it's a shame that it's going on at all. take care.
