Hi guys about 3 months a go i had sex with a CSW female & the condom broke 2 days later I started to get wave & tingling feeling in my body accompanied by brain fog headaches & nausea I had a screen at 6 weeks wich was neg I then started to get body aches night sweats & tingling legs  I had a test again at 12 weeks wich was neg again but symptoms still presust n now I have a chest infection  my doctor has me on anxiety meds as he thinks it may be related .. Can anyone give me there opinion please ?

You don't get any of the "symptoms" you mention 2 days after infection. It is all in your head - worrying makes you focus on your body and every twitch, ache or cough makes you think this has never happened before so must be disease related. The negative tests were performed by health professionals which you are not. The testing business is 30 years old so 100% accurate. Stop worrying if you can, since you are healthy.

From what you posted no, you do not have an STD. It does sound like anxiety to me.
