I dealt with this moths ago. Going to the therapist will help a lot. In the end it's all about a state of mind. What helped me get through with it?:
1- Knowing that this won't kill you
2- Putting myself in situations that made me anxious and trying to handle them
3- Getting enough sleep
4- Blowing steam by working out.
5- Playing games
6- Breathing exercises.
I hoe this helps.
Hmm, that sounds like a high frequency of attacks. Some people get them without a specific trigger, just out of the blue. That is how mine are; even though I suffer from frequent anxiety, my panic attacks come.out of the blue and usually when I am most relaxed. However, I only get them 5-7 times per year. So I would definitely get checked, seems alot.
