Well I'm not feeling to much better but I went to a nearby clinic and they did get me some sleeping pills. They couldn't really do much for me there so I'll have to go back to the ER maybe until this appointment to see a neurologist comes up on may 11. That's such a long way to go and I just don't think I'll make it till then. Wearing a back brace kinda eases the feeling by my ab. I still get kind of a numb feeling in my right arm and hand.
Nope not yet, they said I need to see a personal doctor which I'm trying to do today. I feel worst than I did yesterday and It got worst at night time. Now I feel kinda numb in the left side of my body and my back. My throat also feels kinda odd and it feels like I can't talk as loud as I should. My head has a lot of pressure on it now to boot. I really hope it is just anxiety but i've never had this feeling before and I've never actually been diagnosed with anxiety either, someone just told me that's what it could be.
In my experience, anxiety can cause almost any symptom imaginable. Are you currently in counseling for your anxiety? Initially, when I had my first dealings with health anxiety, I pretty much had my own parking spot at the hospital ER. I had every test imanginable with the same result....anxiety. For me, the real relief came when I started to learn about it. Anxiety is very powerful and confusing, but as with any challenge, the more you know, the more tools you have to confront it...keep us posted!
