How I see the universe and eternity...and I want it to stop

I tried to describe how I try to process the universe, but now I found the PERFECT allegory, for those who don't understand what I'm saying.

Instead of living in the present, it feels like I'm living in a straight line with no beginning or end. I think too much about how long the infinite dark void of nothing the universe was before, and how it will continue too. Instead of seeing an end, U see that it keeps on going. I try to process how long EVERYTHING is, to a point in which it destroys me, and believe, it's HARD to stop thinking. That's where the line allegory comes from. Just...any thoughts?

Have you tried talking it out with someone? What I have found with anxiety, is that most times my thoughts are metaphors for an underlying issue I am facing. This process that you have about the universe and beginnings and ends and dark voids, could truly be a metaphor for how you see your life or how you feel on the inside. It is going to keep going and going until you unravel the source of this and make strides to fix it.

See someone, sooner rather than later before you become even more consumed. You would be surprised at how your brain has been blocking you from what the truth is behind your thoughts. We tend to find ways of compressing our emotions into little bottles and seeing them manifest as something else.

Peace and Love,
Anna
