Yes that is true. I will give it a go. Thanks for your help. :)
Start writing down right now everything that you feel and take it all to the meeting. That is part of the honesty that you need to bring to the therapist, and it may be much easier to submit paper than to speak about it. If you just try to say it in front of them, you might get embarrassed and hold back important facts.
With a full picture in front of them, it is much easier to study your situation than if you keep coming back over weeks with little bits coming out each time.
Thanks. It was helping, but i guess since i had school holidays and i hadnt been able to see her for a few weeks. It has been hard.
It's very important to get help in person...and it's also important to be honest with a therapist...it's hard at first, but don't worry...they have heard it all, they will not judge you.
I think you'll find therapy very helpful.
Well i do see one, i will be seeing her in a few days i think.... But i havent told her any of this yet. I have taken many tests online, and the mostly said i have paranoia. And anxiety. Well i definately know i have anxiety. But anything else i want to find out,.....
Have you seen a counsellor?
