Can stress or anxiety cause physical pain?

Hello! I need some help. I have been having all sorts of pains throughout my body and everything that happens makes me freak out about it being something serious. I've seen my doctor twice about different pains and it always turns out to be nothing. I am stressing over a few things right now and have had 2 anxiety attacks in the past month. Can stress be causing my pains??

Yes.  Doesn't mean it is, but it can.  It can cause you to clench your teeth, tighten your muscles, not sleep well, etc.  But it could also be something else entirely, and the fact the doctor doesn't see anything wrong doesn't mean nothing is.  The question is, how bad is the pain, where is it, does it go away when you're relaxed, etc.  That's one way of trying to decipher things.  I'd believe your doc until you have reason not to, which is if it continues, and in the meantime, try to learn some relaxation techniques and see if they do the the trick.
