Anxiety can definintely have it's peaks and valleys in my experience with it. Have you gone to therapy to learn about your panic? For me, the most important step I took in confronting my anxiety was to learn about it. Also, remember as with any challenge you will have you good and bad days...I try to focus on the long term. Have you tried talking to a doctor about this? or therapy? Any pain I get I also think.. UHHH WHAT IS THIS?! I always assume the worst. What worked for me was finding a good doctor and medication. Do I still have days with anxiety? Heck yes, but I am A LOT better, and i'm thankful for that. Before I thought I was on the verge of going "crazy"
