feedback Anyone?

I've had really bad anxiety now for the past 4 or 5 months. It use to be really bad to the point where I couldn't go anywhere or do anything.  It's gotten alot better now. I still have days where I feel panic hit me as hard as possible but I learn to cope with it.  I feel lightheaded and dizzy and I'm afraid ill just stop breathing.  Also when I feel something like a pain in my body I'm afraid it's something shutting down on me like an organ.  I always thing the worse when something doesn't feel right. I just want all the anxiety to go away for good.  Can anyone help me feel normal again?  I miss the old fun me. Now im boring and afraid to do stuff half the time.  I just feel so alone most the time.

Anxiety can definintely have it's peaks and valleys in my experience with it.  Have you gone to therapy to learn about your panic?  For me, the most important step I took in confronting my anxiety was to learn about it.  Also, remember as with any challenge you will have you good and bad days...I try to focus on the long term.  Keep us posted!

Have you tried talking to a doctor about this? or therapy? Any pain I get I also think.. UHHH WHAT IS THIS?! I always assume the worst.  What worked for me was finding a good doctor and medication.  Do I still have days with anxiety? Heck yes, but I am A LOT better, and i'm thankful for that. Before I thought I was on the verge of going "crazy"
