Brain tumor or unnecessary worrying?

Well, For about one and a half year I am suffering from constant lightheadedness, does not go away whatever I do.
When I wake up till end of the day I feel a pressure-like headache on top of my head, accompanied with burning
headache. It doesn't hurt.
Also sometimes, very rarely I experience some weird sensations over my body like a 0,5 sec sharp pain that goes away...
At last I start to forget things quicker, however I am still doing well on high school.
Best term to describe is :''foggy head'' (trouble concentrating etcetera...)
Just did exams and graduated : / So I am really scared...
Remember I have this for about 1,5 years...

I went to the doctor and she says I would have to show more severe seizures in order to confirm I have something...
''It is a psychological condition, I am sure there is nothing wrong about you. You talk well, you walk well and you appear normal to me''
Could this be depression or is it something to be really frightened about?
Because I keep worrying that this is something serious.

Yes, Doctor gave me Vitamin B12 Complex.
Using it for a few days now...
I had a simple blood test and came out good.
Soon there will be an advanced blood test, and then I'll see.

Maybe it is the deficiency plus the worrying about brain tumor >.<
Thanks for soothing me a bit...

Even so, listen to him.  He's asking you to get your thyroid and iron levels checked, plus B12 and folate, to determine if you have a problem with your thyroid, which can cause these symptoms, or anemia, which can be due to a lack of iron or B12 or both.  The ENT is to see if the problem is inner ear.  Always eliminate physiological causes before assuming it's something psychological.
