Scared to do everyday things suchs as exercises just things i used 2 love to do! Do u get any of symptoms? Is this normal?
Your symptoms are me to a T, I get that pain you are explaining and I went to the chiropracter and I had a rib out now every time I have that pain I go get adjusted and I feel better. However the diziness is nonstop, I always feel like I'm gonna pass out, I get really weak and just feel like **** all day, I to think about it before I get out of bed, I wonder what my day is going to bring anxiety wise. Like you I dont do the meds, I want to beat this on my own. Good Luck.
Sorry, MD-Medical Doctor. I was just wondering if you had been checked out for any physical ailments- to rule it out. I started this journey on May 11 of this year, so it's been almost seven months, but have felt like much longer.
Yes, I am on a beta blocker for the heart palps and Xanax as needed, but I haven't taken the Xanax since hmmmmm, I think since August sometime. I have GERD which is acid reflux so I am on meds for that. I am on a very low dose of the beta blocker and go to see my cardio on Thursday. I am hoping he decides to wean me off as I get anxious when I take my meds too. It's quite a mess. Sometimes I am glad for the meds but most times I hate taking them. I have never been a person who likes medicine because my body is very sensitve to it.
The beta blockers supress my PVC's and make it bearable for me. My doctor told me he would eventually wean me off after they "corrected" the problem.
Are those the only symptoms you have, what you listed? I mean that's enough, don't get me wrong, I was just wondering if you experience anything else.
Keep your head up and try your best to stay positive-keep a positve frame of mind.
Nope, never did drink :-) I don't even drink caffeine anymore because of this. But that was a blessing in disguise......I didn't need to be consuming that anyway.
thanks 4 ur post, really glad i aint alone, nt that i am glad u suffer wiv this anxiety rubbish! How long u suffered? I av 4 the past 7-8 mths and i get really fed up i dont take ne meds either as they just mask problems i am tryin to fight this alone! Do u take ne meds? Also do u drink alchohol now and again? As i am a bit scared to drink it, but i want 2 have a drink now and again! Also sorry but what is a MD?
Yes mam, I get al lof that. I used to get real dizzy, but that has lessened over the MONTHS :-) It basically comes and goes. But I feel REAL bad in the morning before my feel even hit the floor. My mind is constantly "racing" with thoughts...and I don't sleep soundly. I am actually going for a sleep study in January.
I get the pain in my left breast and under my rib cage quite often. It's like a burning senastion sometimes and then sometimes it can be a sharp pain. Now I have breast issues so I know that is one reason, but underneath the rib cage has been going on for some time now. I asked my cardio about it and he said it's not heart related because I had had all of the test.
I also have gallbladder issues and sometimes it affects the opposite side of the body.
I hope this helps.
Have you been to an MD yet?
