Left arm vein pain, anxiety? or more serious?

Hi everyone, hope you're all fine. I've posted some questions here.
As to the title, I have questions if anyone had these sensations where what I call the "veins", in my left arm, particularly the area where you put the stethoscope when taking bp, have been aching like stinging or something, and sometimes my whole left arm hurt, specified in under the upper arm and center of the wrist. They occur indefinitely and also linger indefinitely, with no other symptoms, just the left arm is affected. I have health anxiety and it's like falling into depression and it's really running through my life. I worry about my heart or brain, I'm worried to have DVT. I'm only 18, male and i'm very skinny that's why i can easily feel it that it might be in my veins there. Please any suggestions or comments will greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I still don't go to another Cardio for a second opinion but my Neuro prescribed me oxcarbazepine.
I had an EEG and thyroid test, my thyroid is fine but the EEG is abnormal, I also have facial twitches sometimes. But I'll try to do what you say. God bless

When we have health anxiety, we can find, literally, thousands of things that could be wrong with us and a thousand more that we're sure we are about to die from.

Instead of taking each of the fears you've presented and giving you reasons why they may be happening or telling you about how unlikely it is for an active 18 year old young man to have DVT, I'm going to give you better advice.

Please see your PCP for a COMPLETE physical work-up and discuss with him/her your health anxiety. If all your tests return normal, which I'm sure they will, then I advise you to get into therapy to understand the root cause of this anxiety and begin to rid your life of it. You do NOT have to live this way! Please trust someone who wasted 20 years of their life worrying about nothing.
