Constant Diziness all the time.

Hello Everybody,
For about 11 years now I've been with a series of different symptoms, including dizziness, some stomach pain, chest pain, shortness of breath and feeling like I'm going to faint.
I feel dizzy all day.  Get stomach (feels like acid reflux)  and sometimes feel like I'm going to faint, most often when I'm out.  I feel specially bad around meal times, most often ~20 minutes before and after I finish eating.
I've had a series of blood tests, an EKG, ultrasound of most of my internal organs.  Everything has come back as being fine, the only thing that was not fine is that my blood presure is borderline ~150/95 but I have corrected that with some medication. Everybody tells me its all stress related, though I don't feel stressed out.  I work out of my house and have a very relaxing life and never have felt stressed out before, the only thing that stresses me out is this constant sick feeling that I have.  I am really concerns about this constant dizziness and the fact that I feel worse around meal times.  I almost feel like I constantly have low blood sugar.
I don't have a problem being diagnosed and treated, but I'd really want to make sure to get a diagnosis of the actual problem. I would like to find a way to rule out any non mental cause of my symptoms, I really appreciate your help.
Thanks,

Would also recommend checking adrenal and thyroid function.

Have you seen an Endocrinologist to rule out blood sugar problems?  If not, this would be my next step.  We don't have to feel nervous or anxious to have anxiety and that's when it gets frustrating. The fact that you say this happens mostly when you're out would lead one to believe it's anxiety related, but always happening at mealtimes is a puzzler.  But dealing with this for 11 years I would think if it were anything but anxiety, you would have gotten worse or have new symptoms.  Since you've addressed everything but anxiety, it may be time to do this if only to rule it out.  See a psychiatrist for an evaluation and go from there, this way if it is anxiety you can address that, and if not...put that theory to rest.
I wish you all the best!
