Lexapro question

I know we are all different and we respond different to meds. But by your experience, how did it take for the side effects to go away?!?
I've been taking Lexapro 10 mg for almost two weeks now, the nause got better, but it still here, specially at night. And now, I'm having some muscle twitching here and there that lasts a second, super fast. The anxiety it's awful some days, which my psychiatrist warned me about it and gave me so e .25 mg Xanax to help on bad days. I took Lexapro years ago, and it worked great with the anxiety, but I don't remember the side effects.... Any help/input it's appreciated!

Thx! This group rocks!

I've been on lexapro 10mg for four days now. It's made me very lethargic and dizzy. Everyday I'm actually scared to take it because I don't like being dizzy. The other day I took it and about five minutes after my right ear plugged up followed by ringing and hot flashes. Which triggered a mild panic attack. Today I didn't take it because I had therapy and an MRI scan. But I can honestly say that today has been one of the better days. I however take 0.5 of klonopin in the morning and 0.25 at lunch and 0.25 at dinner. Also I've been learning some coping and preventative methods from Panic Away. Seems to be working for me. I'm going to ask doc if I can get off the lexapro and just stay on klonopin and talk therapy till I recover.
