i think i am having stress issues. i am worrying a lot..
i have started meditating recently which has helped a lot with my anxiety. but still i dont feel positive as i used to before.. trying to work on it..this headache is very mild.. and goes away when i sleep. i do weight training at the gym. its something i love to do. i have been weight training for quite a few years now and i am pretty sure the neck is nothing i got from the gym. but as you explained it can definetly be a posture issue. I work on laptop and from past month have been on bed with laptop.. I ll try to sit on a chain and a high table and see if it helps.. thanks..
If you're worrying 8 hours a day you have a bigger problem than that headache, don't you think? It sounds like it may be a neck problem -- could be something you're doing at the gym, could be your posture, could be craning your neck often while using your computer and looking at your cell phone, currently creating an epidemic of neck and head pain. I have this problem, but my neck is shot -- I'm old and it's worn away but that's why I say it sounds like it's coming from the neck based on your description. Now, this can also be caused by anxiety, which can tighten muscles especially in that very sensitive head and neck area. As for what's normal with anxiety, when it becomes a chronic problem nothing is normal with anxiety. Every anxiety sufferer suffers in his or her own way, but anxiety isn't the cause of everything. We can only give you some ideas for what might be the issue here, but the worrying is definitely an issue even if you didn't have neck and head pain. Ever thought about trying meditation? What do you do at the gym? Ever thought about therapy?
