Risk of protected sex

Hi, I had a protected oral sex with little fingering. I felt afterward mild testiscal pain and mild abdominal pain in lower part. I visited doctor after two weeks and did urine test including general bacteria test which was negative. my questions what are the risks of the exposure i had for bacteria, HPV or HIV and does the test after two weeks enough be indicative for bacteria  presence.

You had zero risk for HIV.
Depending on where you put your fingers after fingering your partner, your risk of any other STD is zero as well.
After two weeks, your doctor would have been able to test and diagnose for all STDs with the exception of HIV, which can only be conclusive at 12 weeks.
I have no idea why you would experience testicle and abdominal pain, but I can tell you it has nothing to do with HIV. Did you talk to your doctor about it?

I would strongly urge you to get educated about sexually transmitted diseases, especially HIV. Knowledge IS power and if you gain that, you lose fear.
Peace
