how do you relax before surgery and sleep well?
doctor gave me lorazepam also.will it help me relax and sleep good?? thanks..itll be a minor outpatient surgery
Lorazepam should definately help relax you and then make you sleep better. It always helped me.
This is a medication my grandma took to help her sleep. If your body isn't used to it, I suspect you'll feel more relaxed with it. If you are a Christian, a prayer time with your family would be great!
