Need to refill zoloft prescription?

I have been taking 75mg of zoloft for about 6 months for severe panic attacks. I have no refills left and it is the weekend. I will not be able to get a new script for it until tuedsay. I am worried that I will have a serious attack if I am not taking it for the next 4 days. I still have lexapro 10 mg from last year. I have been taking those until I get zoloft. Is this bad? I figured that atleast i have some ssri in my system. Is it better than taking nothing at all?

Go to the pharmacy and explain your situation to them.  It is very likely they will give you a 4 day supply until you can get your refill.

I'm not sure about substituting one for the other, but I bet if you went to the ER and told them your dillema, they would give you a small script to get you through.  There are others on here that DO know the answer to the substitution thing, so maybe someone will respond.
