Your number system must be different than ours, because if your level is high in the US, you are "hyper" not "hypo." So your thyroid is not working at it's full potential. What is being done about this?
i have "hypothyrodism" not hyper. which is dangerous. any problem will come to my baby. it started at the time of my 1st delivery. she has now 3 years old. that means this hypothyroidsm stared before 3 years. but now my T3 & T4 etc are normal. this THS is the problem. I think the normal THS is 0.3 to 3.0 . this is now 11.5 somthing like that. i think it is dangerous. i can carry another baby, it will make problem for my pregnancy.
You have "Hyperthyroidism" which needs medication for the rest of your life. If left untreated it can cause many serious problems with your health. It won't cause cancer, but it can become deadly. This is impacting every major organ in your body and needs to be under control via medication. Take care.
I see that you live in India. I'm not sure if your lab numbers are the same there as they are here in the U.S. But if they are, then your number is very high which indicates hypothyroidism. We have a Thyroid forum here at Medhelp. It would be a good idea if you posted your question there so they can better help you.
