My 1st thought is possibly something with your inner ear. Get to your doc and have him/her rule out any ear infection, or fluid in the ear 1st. You could have something going on without actually having an earache or other obvious symptoms.
I'm glad you stopped the phenteramine. That is nothing but bad news. If everything checks out with your physical, I would lay money on the phen.
Give it a few days and see how you feel. Let us know!
I was only on the Phentrmine since Nov 4th 2009,,,,not even a month....I stopped it,,,but still having odd dizziness andcrawly feeling in my head......could it be the abilify
First, let's look at the good news. Your MRI came out clear. That should ease your mind that there is nothing organically wrong with your brain.
These other symptoms have me a bit stumped....but also concerned.
You say you take Ativan and have since May of this year. Ativan should not cause the symptoms you're describing. The aripiprazole, (Abilify) is usally added as an adjunct to antidepressants, and some people exhibit a hypersensitivity to it. My biggest concern is the the phentermine hydrochloride, which is calssfied as an "anorexiant/appetite suppressant," and is meant for SHORT TERM use, (8-12 weeks MAX) as an adjunct for weight loss. You've now been on it for 7 months. Did your doctor tell you to continue taking this medication?
As with all meds, when we begin to mix & match them, we can end up in not so good places, even dangerous places.
My advice to you is to see your doctor as soon as possible and tell him/her about ALL your symptoms. There may be some drug interactions going on here that aren't good, but I do not have the knowledge to tell you anything for sure.
PLEASE see your doctor and get to the bottom of these disturbing symptoms.
Let us know what they say, OK?
Peace

It could be the diet pills. Are you eating enough? If you blood sugar gets low from not eating that can make you dizzy. Take care. Remar
