Of balance sensations?Anyone help?

Hello I was wondering what this feeling im getting is? i get it probably mostly when I'm sort of sitting/laying down (mostly) sometimes when i walk or do something aswell. It feels like my whole body does a sudden jump but in my head. My body it self doesnt actually jump. Just my head feels like its going to one side or maybe swirling around. the type of sensation you get when your drunk but i havent taken anything and havent for a very long time (1year) I have always questioned this feeling and im even getting a MRI done because im concerned its something serious. . . But i question it? might it just be normal and im over reacting? or my anxiety is causing it . . . becasuse if it was something serious i would be getting worse but my anxiety has been there for a year and with previous experiences of me thinking im having heart attacks i havent actually had any ?

im just wondering if this happens to anyone else . . . best way i can describe the feeling is it feels like im in a elevator and it reaches the top floor and you get that sort of butterfly feeling in your belly and your head goes weird.

I'v seen a ear specalist before and they said its fine and I had a eye test not long ago and they said I have perfect vision , the MRI would be free anyway I really need to get it out of the way so I can get back to normal life, and even if I have something I'd be more calm actually knowing

Could also be an inner ear, sinus or vision problem. Perhaps before spending the money on an MRI, you should see an EENT?

Im actually relieved to read this  because the same thing happens to me... it feels almost like your being pushed backwards but youre not moving? i had an mri and mra done because i also have many symptoms along with this feeeling and everything came back normal! i also had blood work done and that was normal to! my doctor and neurologist both think it is either from my migraines or my anxiety! hope i made you feel a little bit better!
