Pain sensations ? Uncomfort

I don't know if this is the right forum for this question, however what I am experienceing at this time is creating anxiety based on the thought that there is something wrong with the way I think.
My question is .. is it normal to imagine a sensation( an uncomfortable or painful sensation) and still feel extremely uncomfortable (cringy) just from imagining the feeling. I hope that made sense.
I have the ability to imagine a sensation.. which could be painful or incredibly uncomfortable ( beyond irratating) and even though i am not physically experiencing the pain.. a surge of cringe and sharp uncomfort goes through me .. almost as if I am feeling it. Also this can be an uncomfort that I have never felt before however I can imagine the feelings based on already existing memory of similar sensations.
This is extremely hard to explain.. and it isn't a form of emotional pain and this is what is creating anxiety because it feels like this is something that cannot be delt with because it is something that exists in my imagination. The only cure is acceptance.. and not thinking about it.
imagine something incredibly painful and uncomfortable.. something that makes you cringe because of the idea.
If anybody is familiar with the idea of somebody scratching on a black board or scratching a silky material..or painful sensations like strenching a part of your skin or bending you nails off or anything that appears so painful its cringy...this is the uncomfort I am talking about .. but its almost as if Im imagining myself scratching this surface or feeling these pains and a surge of electricity goes through me as I cringe at the thought. Today I began to panic because of the uncomfort caused by my own imagination.. i became irratitable.. and quite distressed. Is this normal and I am blowing it out of proportion ? I believe that I have OCD and maybe I am thinking too much about these ideas.
It is not just uncomforts like that it is also painful feelings.. however now that I think about this, all the sensations tend to be based on scratching either a part of my body or scratching a surface which makes me feel uncomfortable.
Sometimes when I see an object I can imagine what it would feel like if that object was inside my body or going down my throat in my chest ( im sorry if this is discusting)  for example I could see a desk .. and imagine the image inside my chest and feel the corners scraping up against the inside of my chest .. ? (not physically its just me imagining the sensation)
Is this my imagination going too far?
Am I thinking about these sensations more because of the idea that there is something wrong with me ? If I thought I was normal 100 % would there still be a problem ? or would I shrug it off ?

Im an 18 year old male and I suffer through the exact same feelings as you do. It is anxiety, no doubt. I've been to the doctor, and after describing it, first words were Anxiety. Now my mother has been suffering from anxiety as well, shes more calm now a days, through what shes taught me. I suggest look up something called "The Linden Method." It is this man, I think his name is Charles Linden, and he has this horrific past, in which hes suffered the MOST SEVERE anxietys imaginable. Hes found a way to cure it. No drugs. No psychologists or doctors. Its all based on something he made, the Nine Pillar Method.

I dont know how serious you are into looking for answers and curing your anxiety. But if your dead serious, I highly suggest this method. My mom actually bought his book (it came with a few CDs) Im not sure when it was, but im sure you can find it online.

From personal experience, I had the exact same issues. I always felt these pains and discomforts that wouldnt seem to go away. It always caused me to feel "oh could this mean I have a disease" or stuff like that, causing it to be more uncomfortable and me to induce myself into a Panic Attack. After reading a lot of his book, and doing his Nine Pillar theory, and listening to his relaxation CDs, I was able to control my anxiety a lot more. I actually decided to stop using the CDs and book for a while, before I was actually finished with the program, because I felt so much better in daily activities. I still suffer small anxiety, and am actually catching up on the method to this day.

Lastly, If that seems like too much for you, the simplest things that will help.
-Stay away from doctors (If you really feel a pain, and you know that its 100% real, then visit a doctor, If you have the slightest doubt in your mind that it could be in your head, then dont) The more you visit your doctor, or think about doing it, the more you'll be looking for others to be assured that your ok. When in reality all you need is yourself.

-Distractions. The key element for ridding anxiety. Do new things, enjoy new things, be with people interact, dont let your mind focus in on silly things, thats when anxiety is triggered.

-Third and most important, DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT get prescribed for anti-anxiety drugs. The drugs only temporarily dismiss the problem. Soon you will find yourself reliant on them, and needing to up the dose each time. Its all in your head, and if you begin to take drugs to avoid it, all your head is gonna think is that it needs more to stay away from it.

THE ONLY CURE is to stay positive, and slowly reconstruct your subconscious. Try to stay away from thinking negative about small things, and if you feel a sensation or discomfort, try to nudge it off as if it were a bug bite, and go do something fun.

Thanks for the support guys.. I think I was just overreacting and created a pyschological problem by over thinking. Over a few days I simply forgot about it and just focused on what I was doing. There is only ever uncomfort if your thinking about it.. If you think about it too much it becomes important to you and you naturally think about it more.. time and activities does help.
