You did the right thing by getting checked out by a doctor.  In my opinion almost any symptom, especially with health anxiety, can be 'caused' by anxiety.  In my experience we can become oversensitized and misinterpret many everyday feelings that we would not even pay attention to normally.  We tend catastrophize any and every symptom that we have and link it to what we think may be wrong in my opinion.

Tension and stress can cause all sorts of pains.  When I am stressed my neck and back are stiff and I have bad headaches.  How long have you suffered from anxiety?  Have you sought help through talk therapy?  Keep us posted!

With those symptoms, I would see a doctor about getting a chest x-ray and possible brain MRI.  Since all your symptoms are on the right side and involve your head and chest, it sounds to me like a neurological issue. I am not a doctor and have no medical experience, just life experience.  I have been blessed with many medical challenges in my 55 years.

If you have had everthing else checked out then yes if you continually hold your muscles tight it is going to make you sore or hurt. The muscles need to relax off. Check your posture. Try doing PMR - (progressive muscle relaxation) or perhaps you could try a deep body (sports) massage and/or Eastern Head Massage for your head/face/arms/neck. Heat pads work quite well for me, and you can also 'wear' these when you go out and they give relief for approx 8 - 12 hours but it does depend where exactly the pain is - I don't think you can wear them everywhere. They can't be seen under your clothes either. For some people it works better alternating hot and cold packs at intervals. Experiment with what works for you we are all individual.
Hope you feel better soon.
