Hi Lilah,

I can relate to your post regarding your mother.  I lost my mother as a child to Cancer and what I wouldn't give to have her here to help me through these times.  2011 may seem like a life time away but reach out to her via e-mail, and even old fashion letter writing.  Send her a message every day if you need to.  But I still think that you can also find support through a family counsler.  I have a fantastic women that I see once a week.  At first it was difficult but now I look forward to my meetings.  She has been very helpful.  She has not only taught me how to discuss and deal with my past but to embrace the future on day at a time.  I have learned breathing techniques for my anxiety and she even started me journaling.  Journaling allows you to sit with your inner most thoughts and lay them out before one self.  I'm not sure about your spiritual back ground,  but for myself I have even found hope attending church.  We as humans were not ment to be alone and when we feel alone we need to reach out.  Don't hesitate to continue to post thru this website as there are so many wonderful people here who are going thru their own struggles.  But please try to look into talking to someone.  It will really help you.

Be Well,
Laura :)

Hi Lilah,

I answered your other post as well before I noticed this one.  Many people are going thru just what you are.  There is hope!  I'm not sure the details of your situation.  It you are not seeing some one I would advise it.  If your medication is not working well, talk to your doctor about a possible change.  You don't have to feel like this.  It takes some time but you can feel better.

Be Well
