So i recently had really bad side effects to Celexa im off the medicine my doctor decided to give me paxil for my panic disorder. Does anyone know if it will interact with me taking xanax? Im not really into all these anti depressents and xanax is the only thing that calms my body down. Well i just wanna know if there safe if i take them together?

It is very common to be prescribed an anti-depressant and a benzodiazepine in combination. There are many people using this regimen includng myself. I take Wellbutrin and Klonopin. So no need to worry. I hope the Paxil works for you. Take care.

yea you can thats what i take paxil should help keep the panic away where xanax will help calm you if you r having one but if u have one by time the xanax hits u the panic is usually over
