anxiety *****

Is there anyone that been through this anxiety thing that can give pointers on how they got over it without meds....is it just a mind over matter thing...I remember going through this last year when I started school and was overwhelmed but then it went away for awhile and now its back again with a vengeance. .:-/..I meet people that can deal with stress and not care about a damn thing and not let every little thing get to them..I envy those people

The medication I am on is a low does but it does wonders.

Basically I would just not do anything when I had an anxiety attack and just let it be. When it was mild it was just feeling nervous, when it was bad I would dry heave. I hated it, but then finally because of my wife I went back on meds.

I didn't want to but it has made a world of difference and would recommend to anyone to try some low dosages to start to help control anxiety.

I managed my anxiety without meds for a while because at times i would not have anxiety for months upon months, but when i did get it, it was bad so i would deal with it until it passed. then i realized that i did not need to do that and started meds.
