I am wondering about a 11-yr-old having access to such sites. Not been bad or anything. Do people not monitor what their kids get up to these days online? I mean at that age if she is reading such topics that people tend to write up, and does seriously suffer from a form of anxiety, she could pick up other ideas at her young age, from this forum, as in conditions, and thus many more problems might arise in the future.

This is one of the best sites for help with anxiety that I've seen, and there's not too much else I can say that others haven't already. Just know that's a very common thing to have fears of certain things. For me, it's not a fear of being closed in that bothers me, it's the opposite. I'm TOTALLY freaked out with heights. But I agree with Angie. Show your parents this website, and how people have been responding to your post. That should help them to understand your fear better.

Dear Worried Really

The first step is to be Believed, especially by your parents. Show them these notes from concerned "friends." WE are concerned and we hardly know you. Next, there is tremendous Hope and Success with disorders like yours, especially in recent times. Talk therapy, medications and so on. You will not be scared no more. I am a therapist and I speak from experience. Have that talk with your parents, Today.

Hi Sweetie,
You need to go to your parents and show them your post on this forum.  If this is something that really scares you then you need to let them know that it is causing all of these worries.
Good luck
