I get severe side effects. i have sevee anxiety, and health anxiety, I have tried several things all to no avail, I can't even take a fourth of a xanax w/out getting really tired. I have a 3yr old that cannot happen. Thanks for any of your efforts. this is really nice that you are trying to help all of these people. This is the best forum that I have been on.
Thanks again. Have a freat day...
hello, Do you take herbs for anxiety? Do they help? I have severe anxiety, and heealth anxiety. I do not handle drugs well at all. Thanks have a good day
I do take some herbs for anxiety. A cup of Chamomille tea in the mornings is a great start for me (as long as your're not allergic to ragweed). Passion Flower is a good medium road herb for nerves. You can get the tincture (liquid) or capsules. Lemon Balm is great for nerves, but don't take it too often, as it can have a very mild effect on thryoids, slowing them down. Lemon Balm is great for nerves, herpes, and a variety of stuff like that. Motherwort is good for women that are having palpitations during PMS time. Get it in the tinture (liquid drop) form and follow directions. 2-3 dropper fulls, etc...
Please note though: If you are taking tranquillers, you must be careful not to overdose yourself by taking herbals too. I only take Klonopin "as needed", so I allow myself herbal helps when I haven't taken Klonopin.
There are stronger herbs, like Valerian & KavaKava, but you don't want to overlap these with any sedative for sure. KavaKave can give similar side effects as to being drunk & some have been pulled over for drunk driving with that, so be careful with that one.
thanks, I have a mojor allergy to ragweed. I also have chronic sinusitis because my allergies are so bad. I went on an anti-fungal diet. It didn't work, however I lost a lot of weight, from 168 down to 139. Thats how all of the anxiety started. I couldn't get rid of my sinus infections and got pnemonia, and of course the health scare starts. Thanks for listening
