Uncontrollable Thoughts

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help.  For the past few months I've had racing, uncontrollable thoughts.  It all started when I had my first panic attack about 3 months ago, and this was followed with the physical symptoms of anxiety, the stomach pains, body pulsations etc. But now those have gotten better, but I still think about the anxiety constantly even though I have nothing to worry about. Some days I feel like I'm going crazy (even though I know I'm not) and yet my mind still has these scary, violent thoughts constantly passing it through it.  I'm constantly trying to distract myself with things but it is tough.  I just want things to go back to normal without the help of meds.  Thanks for any help and sorry if this post is to vague.

Hey, I'm with you, I feel the same way you do and so far the best way I have found to deal with it is to talk to someone about it, it has helped me.

Wish you the best and hopefully we both find a good and fast way to deal with it.

Try the Linden Method and a book called Anxiety No More if you want to fight this thing without meds. It takes time and patience. Alot of time. Be patient with yourself. Study these books and give your brain the time it needs to heal....
