"What If" Thinking

I've been doing ok after seeing my doctor and on Lexapro for about 4 days now.  I'm having that "what if" thinking where I fear that something else could be wrong (besides anxiety ginving me the symptoms) or what if I get worse.  Does anyone have advise for that "what if" thinking?

I hope that you are able to get some peace of mind in your lives. I would recommend finding a counselor or support group for anxiety issues.  I do not know if I can give you specific advice but this is a good website: www.newlife.com  Good luck to you both.

All the time. That is pretty much how I live my life, based on the what if's. I am happy to hear that you are doing ok after seeing your doctor and hope that is stays that way. Do your best to focus on that and ignore the what if's. Or change them to what if I am healthy, what if I am feeling great, what if I have beat anxiety!!!!
