Many people cannot tolerate psychotropic meds, so you aren't alone there.
You said that therapy helped to "greatly reduce your panic attacks." So why did you stop there?
In my humble and non-medical opinion, I think you are dealing with some depression, which is often accompanied by anxiety. (And vice versa) I would strongly urge you to get back into therapy to help you figure out exactly what it is you ARE dealing with. And once you know, stick with the therapy.
Many of us on this forum understand exactly what you're feeling and can relate to your anxiety about it. And a great many of us have recovered by getting the help we needed. A very wise woman once said that "without change, there can be no change."
Change is difficult for all of us, but without it, we simply stay in the same place.
Let us know how you're doing, OK?

You should do therapy for you anxiety as well. Your hypochondria can be treated easily. Mine was so bad that I used to visit doctors every day. I had fears from infections to hiv and cancers and no matter what test I do it won't go away or if it does a new problem appears.
There are antidepressants that will work but therapy is very useful too.
Hi
It sounds like you have generalized anxiety going on. You can have that without a panic attack. . Most of us anxiety sufferers worry they have a serious health problem bc of the many symptoms & sensations anxiety can cause. Being as though you seem to always feel uneasy & anxious then that in itself can make one very tired. Rest up and try to relax. Take some time each day to do some Deep breaths, close your eyes and just turn off your thoughts....Maybe you are getting a cold, I know when I am sick I tend to have greater anxiety. Right now I have dual ear infections so I have mild vertigo going on....talk about triggering my anxiety LOL
Know you are not alone...feel better :)
