Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms in my opinion.  In my experience with anxiety, I can have a whole myriad of things going on throughout my body.  I also believe we tend to focus in on what we think may be our problem and catastrophize any and every feeling in that area.  Have you had a history of anxiety?  Are you going through a lot of stress right now?  Keep us posted!

Anxiety won't kill you, just make you feel like you're might die. I have never gotten hurt or known of anyone who has, but that doesn't mean someone hasn't.  I'm sure if someone has, or knows someone who has they will respond to your post about it. With anxiety we can obcess over anything including a stroke.  But never assume something is anxiety, anytime you have a new symptom I would get it checked out by the appropriate doctor.  At your age a yearly physical by your GP should put your mind at ease with your health.  Remember that fear feeds anxiety, get rid of the fear and the anxiety will starve to death. Spend your days enjoying life and not worrying about what may happen, or could be wrong. Because of your age, and that it only happens when your are anxious, I feel it is your anxiety, but I think it would make you feel better to have it medically checked out.  This will asure you that everything is fine and give you less to worry about.  We all have little aches and pains, but it's extremely important to not dwell on them to a point of obcession. Anxiety does raise our blood pressure, and heart rate which is a good reason to learn how to relax, this would be my reason for getting it checked out.  I truly feel you're okay, but you need to be sure so you can put this to rest, and then make sure you do just that.  You're young and I hate to see young people suffering from anxiety at a time when they should truly be enjoying life. Take care...
