why so i have moments of ups and downs on my wellbutrin. Should I increase my dosage? or try something new I have been on wellbutrin for 6 months

Adjusting or changing your medication should only be done under the advice of your doctor.  There may be a reason you are on a particular medication, but if you and your doctor decide to select a different course, that is a decision both of you can come to...please keep us posted!

What are you using Wellbutrin for? Personally i don't think you should increase your dosage and from what i read on Bupropion (Wellbutrin) would not be my first line treatment for depression or anxiety.

If you can come back to me and tell why you have been on this medication i will suggest you other anti-depressants that are proven to be way more efficient but it all depends for what you are being treated for.

Please note that I'm not a doctor and my suggestion should never in any way replace those of a qualified doctor.
