im in the same boat as u. i am constantly paranoid which leads to anxiety attacks.
i dont no bout u but i have withdrawn from basically every 1 i no because i feel they look at me funny or talk about me. i think this of strangers also and hate passing people in the street. i even get paranoid when online its pretty outta control. :(
How do you deal with your paranoia when you also have anxiety??? One feed's off the other.
First thing is get to a good therapist, one who is trained in this sort of thing, one who can help sort this out for you.
What exactly are you paranoid of? Leaving home? Height's? Driving? Doctors?
