a hole in lungs

i wanna know what will happen to the patient who is having a small hole in his lungs...??
how smorking affects its...?? and will this (having a hole in lungs) makes his age shorter....?? is this affect the normal living of a person..??

i wanna know this very urgently, can anyone help me please....???

You are going to need to be more specific.  One cannot have a "hole" in the lung...or the lung would collapse.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking...could you elaborate?
