I want to cry!!

I've experienced anxiety issues for a long time now, and that's only what I am aware of, my family says I've had it since I was a child.  So, now I'm 31 years old and something has just hit me like a brick!  It's worse then ever and it's gone from being scared about one thing to being scared about everything!  I am finding it harder and harder to not want to stay in bed all day and I would love to find an excuse to not have to go to work ever again.  I don't want to drive anywhere, I don't want to go to the doctor because he'll surely find something wrong OR look at me like I'm nuts because there IS nothing wrong (this has happened to me often).  I'm scared of becomming pregnant and have to take hpts every other day, which STILL does not ease my mind.  I spend maybe 10 hours every day searching the internet for pains I am experiencing and then self diagnose myself.  I read about symptoms and then have them...I just had a physical last year and had blood work done 2 weeks ago.  I have never had a health issue and my bloodwork, always normal but I just know they are missing something.  My two big ones are pregnancy and cancer!

Hello.

I can relate to you very very well. i have extreme panic/anixety disorders for the  past 4years. im 19. it really took over my whole teenager life i guess you could say. it sucks. but i usta be like that and still kinda am about having differnt illness. i ALWAYS look up online for every pain to and try nd diagonse myself. so i know excately how you feel and what your going through. right now im having neck pain really bad and headaches nd eye pain and im TERRFIED its a brain tumor everyone is telling me no but i think i am : [ but you just need to believe doctors and your test results.

Anxiety never hurt anyone and it WONT kill you. i promise you there are SOO MANY people like me going through what you are. YOUR NOT ALONE. dont feel like you.

Just try and relax and not worry. get your mind off of it. do something you like doing, see a movie, go for a walk, talk to friends and family. whatever and try and just be at ease.

Love, Hollie

Take deep breaths!!!Between you and Holli, I just want to hug you both!!!  The more you give into your anxiety, the more trouble you are going to have.  You sound like you are becoming agoraphobic.  I experience that also, but I KNOW that I have anxiety and phobias and I do lots of self talk.  If you need to cry...then just cry and cry!  You will probably feel a little better afterwards.  The less you do, the less you want to do.  Get UP and Get OUT!  GO FOR A WALK!!!  NOW!!!!!!!!!!
