anxiaty RUINED MY LIFE !

hi my name is jenn im 17 yrs old ! , i had anxiaty ovr a yr now and everyday my body feels weird and my head gets a feeling like its no words how to explain it but i will try , okay it stings , pain , neck is stif , eyes feel like there gunna roll back........and i have high anxiaty i just wish it would stop i cry because i think something else is wrong with me i hope there isnt tho.....this is vary scary i just need a friend to talk to that has the same problem as me cuz it hurts it really does and they will prolly under stand me , jus my family thinks im going crazy , and i know i aint , i jus really need someone to talk to....

What you described does sound like anxiety, all those symptons you have can be related. Have you been to a doctor for an exam? You might suffer from migraines or food allergies. Both very treatable and manageable. I've experienced similar symptoms which were related to both anxiety and migraines.

Hey girl. i totally know how you feel! i suffer from anxiety. I didnt get them bad like you, but it would get to the point where i couldnt control my body and how it was feeling sometimes. it got shaky, and mostly i hold my stress in my hands so i would feel like i had to hit something, or take a pen to a paper and scribble as fast and as hard as i could! i actually was in a treatment center, and they helped me with my anxiety. its hard to explain over an email, but basically..try to match your pulse with your heart beat. try to get it to slow down to a normal pace. there are pressure point everywhere in your body. on your head, under your eyebrows and under your eyes. tap on those pressure point gently. and just try to relax. girl yo u are not crazy so dont htink that!!! if this doesnt help, i would suggest going to a therapist. its nothing to be ashamed about. you just need to relax and center yourself when you get these attacks. lay down in bed and close your eyes and think of a good place, and focus on each body part, tense that body part up, hold for 30 secs and release.
