anxiety about anus burning

hi i am suffering from serious attacks of anxiety the reason is on night i went out with some of people who are not very close friend but they work there i work. i know them they said me that we are going in soth hall for dinner but they went in next town to my town.actually i had already had taken my dinner from my home but i didn't deny them so i went them just for their insisting.they offered me alcohol and i tried to deny but they were insisting ti take it and said one of them of my friend's friend it's my compete with you and we see who drink too much and first unwillingly i was taking too much drink becouse they were giving me in my hands and i was trying to hide it but they were saying don't hide, finish it.then in one sitting of about halfe or two hours they gave me about 7 glasses of alcohol with red bul and orange juce.then i was talking about rubbish and lose my controll and i became senseless and unconscious.then i was doing vomitting too much but when at morning when they tried to wake me up,i was astonished to see myselfe in only one underwear so i asked where are my clothes what were you doing with me.they said you are for us like a brother don't think negatively about us.he said you were vomitting too much so in this condition we were unable to drop you at home and we asked you stay here and go at morning when you will feel some better then i knew about the condition somehow.but the reson is that i think may they have done some sexual assault against me becouse i was senseless but they swear and say we have not done such activities.but this was my third excessive drink,first two  time i didn't i got alcohol poisoning but this last time i got alcohol poisoning and even now my anus is burning so i think why it's burning whereas all alcohol i dropped out from my stomach through vomitting.so i am in confusion and in a shock.but ithe doctor told me it's becouse of costipation.pleawse help me and clean my mind about bad thoughts or tell me reallity

sir as i visited a locol surgery doctor and he said these symptoms are for constipation.so how can i get a report?

First you say your 36yrs old, how are getting pressure from people to drink? you are a adult!! and you say this is not your first time in a drunken state, go to the Dr and get checked out, they can tell if there is any sexual abuse, then report it to the police, yes report it, please if it is sexual abuse, it IS YOUR DUTY TO REPORT IT! so these people do not do it again!  but more then likely it sounds like it's just the alcolol, if you drank that great amount of alcolol, then your body will get rid of it EVERYWHERE, vomit, your sweat, and anus. which because it's alcolol and if it was that much, will go through your system and WILL BURN THE TISSUE OF YOUR ANUS. please note I am not here you shame you in anyway what so ever, but again you are a 36 yr. old man, you should already know how to say NO! PERIOD!
