anxiety and joints

Hi there, about 8 years ago, when my mother died, I started having anxiety and panic attacks. Not only it was a very unpleasant expierience but I also started very restless legs. What I mean was , whenever I was anxious I felt a strange rush of adrenaline through my legs, especially the lower part.  I did have a treatment for anxiety and panic attacks also counselling as well, it took a long time but eventually it eased of but I am let with this fatal anxiety, which I think is progressing because I'am having an awful pain in my knees, walking up and down the stairs is a massive task, also my hands are aching. Could you please give me any advise at all what can I do to make it better.
Thankyou, kind regards, Basienka

Manaste,

Many people come to this forum expecting quick and easy fixes for their problems, unfortunately that's not the case. We are here primarily to provide information and give support and guidance to those who need it.

As for your problem, I doubt it's related to anxiety or even a psychological problem, although it may.

You need to see a doctor who can do a thorough examination and provide a diagnosis or refer you to a specialist, who can hopefully help you.
