Im so sorry your feeling this way, but just relize its nothing life threating. For one if you have not had a period in a while your hormones are out of wack, which will cause hair to fall out and anxiety, panic attacks and deep depression. Yes you need to go to you doctor and he will give you meds to help with this. But you need to tell him everything, its better to write down all of your concerns before you go. I know when I went through this I would not tell him a lot of things because I would forget when I was there, because depression messed with my mental state.
Good Luck...GOD BLESS YOU

So sorry to hear that you are going through this, I know that it really is hell on earth. Read my story on my page if you want to know about my experience in detail.
The chances are that if you have been checked out by the doctors and everything is coming up negative then you are probably suffering from post natal depression, this in itself could be a result of the anxiety, this was the case in my experience. This does need to be diagnosed by a doctor though so go and have a chat with them. I have since come to realise since getting my periods back that my anxiety rockets when I do have a period and I have seen a post natal specialist who deals with Mothers who suffer breakdowns after the birth of their child, she has told me that all of my horrific experience is because of my hormones.
I haven;t had my hormone levels tested as I don't feel like I need to as it has all slotted into place but i understand that you can have this done and it is perhaps something that you could discuss with your GP.
Please feel free to message me. I really have had an awful time but I am coming out of it now after 7 months and I know that you will too.
Good Luck

Hello! I too had a baby 7 months ago, my third as well and since then i have been a wreck! Been to the ER like 12 times! I was not like this with the other two. I have had a really hard time these last few months. My hair is falling out, etc! They checked my thyroid three different times and it was ok. I do however have had two episodes of SVT where your heart rate goes up to like 160 plus and goes back down. I am seeing a specialist next month because of this, otherwise they say i have some anxiety issues. I think its all hormonal! No one has checked my levels though.
HOpe you get better soon!
I am not a member of this community and I am just lurking but tell your dr test your thyroid. TSH, Free T3 and Free T4. Sounds like what I went through. I bet it is your thyroid too!
Good luck!
