anxiety causes aches

had anyone noticed when dealing with anxiety, your left arm gets pain or tingles/ I know thats a sign of heart attack but i have had checkups and have been fine.

I wonder if it has to do with nerves or something?

When I get anxiety attacks, but arms usually go numb and get that tingly feeling.  This is a "normal" symptom of anxiety, and a lot of people get it.  As long as you've had check ups and they all come back normal, I think its safe to assume it's all from anxiety

Im not a doc but had these signs in the past and turned out to be pinched nerve from lifting  boat. The nerve eventually broke and i lost feeling on the bottom side of my little finger. Tingling was the nerve being pinched. Did they do and EKG with your tests and was it done after you had these symptoms?
