I have to make a slight correction to my earlier note. Beta blocker was incorrect. I meant a water pill. Sorry for the mistake!

Perhaps the dizziness going away when your neck is rubbed could be because you are hyperfocusing on your symptoms, and when your neck is rubbed it draws your attention away. Just a possibility.

Thank you (: I've noticed that my neck and head hurts and the top part of my spine hurts everyday and im dizzy everyday some days are worse than others but could a pinched nerve or something like that cause dizziness everytime my neck is rubbed the dizziness goes away until it stops getting rubbed

Fluid in your ears can certainly cause vestibular issues. You might consider seeing an ear-nose-throat doc. He/she may prescribe something to help dry up the fluid, such as a beta blocker. Or maybe not since you're pregnant.

I hope you feel better soon. Congrats on the bun in the oven!
