been taking since yesterday
the atavan isnt working i still cant even be in the living room while my husband opens the front door for 1 min
I agree with greenlydia; call your doctor and ask his/her advice because that is what they are there for. Also, have you made an appointment to see a therapist to talk about the anxiety and panic? I know it can be very frightening at first, but by talking it through you can understand much better what is going on. Please keep us posted.
You've been posting quite a lot and I'm getting a bit concerned. Why does your husband having the front door open bother you so much? I'm sorry, but I just can't understand where you're at right now. I get that you're scared, I'm just not sure why. But that IS one of the hallmarks of anxiety and panic attacks.......the not knowing why.
If the Ativan your doc prescribed is not helping you, perhaps it's time you called his office and had the answering service have him call you. Perhpas you need to have the dose increased until you can get in to see him. You seem to need some immediate help. Make the call. Or have your husband call. I think it's time.
