i have at least 3 different anxiety disorders and it sounds like you are experiencing an anxiety attack or more likely a panic attack. panic attacks are more severe and make you feel like you're gonna die and many admit themselves to the er when they experience them. anxiety attacks are more physical for me and last a LONG time. either way, they both make you think the worst possible thing is going to happen. most therapist advise you to recognize the cause is anxiety or panic, allow the feeling and get used to it, and rest assured that it will go away. that is a really hard thing to do and i just usually run outside because i often feel like i'm going to be sick, but being outside makes most of my attacks subside. hope this helps you.
I have always been happy go lucky all my life, never worrying about anything. Even while I was dying slowly of liver failure (ESLD) and after I got the liver transplant. But recently I have been falling, losing coordination, gait issues, confusion, memory loss and many other symptoms. They did several MRI's of my brain and found some bad things (possible MS and swelling of the cerebrum). The tests results have made have anxiety and panic attacks, since not all the test have been completed yet. My doctor gave me Xanax .05 mg twice per day. My anxiety is now under control.
when given the xanax did your other symptoms of falling, losing coordination stop? Just curious because i have those as well.
