has your doctor checked you for nerve damage in the spinal area
Hi, a good thing to try is, in the comfort of your own home, practice a few of your normal anxiety situations, stand in the golfing posture and imagine that you are actually out on the driving range and literally say to yourself, something positive, for example I might say, everythings okay, I feel relaxed and strong, I am playing golf and I am concentrating on my swing.
I want you to feel that you are taking control of your thoughts. It is normal to feel nervous before taking a swing. Focus instead on the positive thoughts you choose. Focus on getting the ball near the hole!
What do you think?

Its like I said in my post I know what I should be doing but putting it into practice is a whole new ball game(excuse the pun)I am the same on the last whole as I was on the first but unfortunately it is not just golf when this embarrassing problem rears its UGLY head
I was a bit worried that you might actually take a swing in your lounge and accidently smash your celing light - boy would I have felt guilty
What I find, I don't know if you've noticed something similar, is that I feel really angry that I have to even think about stuff, that 10 years ago, I wouldn't have had any problems with at all!
