I did that on my very first panic attack. I was up in front of my class reading a report then all of a sudden I felt like all the breathing I did just wasnt' working. That freaked me out and I ended up with a full blown attack. I do that still when I have to get in front of the class, but since I know what it is, I've developed a few tricks. Walking around helps, hiding behind the pulpit....But I have a bit of social anxiety. Good luck...
i am also like that i have asthma to so that dont help,i dont smoke.i get breathless when i stay in the house for hrs at a time.so i sit out side that helps me out.
i have the same thing. i feel breathless when i talk with someone. it is worse when i pay attention to my breath. i try to shift my mind away from focusing on my breath. it is hard to do.
yes but it only happens when i am walking at the same time. but it is because i smoke bad bad habit.
